It has been said to help alleviate digestive problems, flatulence, indigestion, nausea, fungal infections, muscle pain, help with weight loss and much more. It can be used in your diffuser for a calming effect or as a massage oil when combined with a carrier oil. Also, a few drops in your bath water has been said to increase libido. Do not ingest. Topical: add a few drops to a carrier oil to dilute and rub on skin. You can also add a few drops to the lotion or body cream of your choice. Use as a massage oil by dilluting with a carrier oil.

Aromatic: add a few drops to the diffuser of your choice, add a few drops to a small spray bottle of water to make a room spray or add a few drops to your bath water. You can also dilute a few drops with a carrier oil and rub it in the palm of your hand. Cup your hand around your nose and inhale deeply as many times as needed.
